No More Red Bull or energy drinks for me
I find myself a heavy drinker of energy drinks, I drink them threw out the week, way more then I should, it seems like every where i go there is some company giving out free energry drinks, I just keep drinking them with no concern for the long term effects it has on my health, I Have even influenced my friends to start drinking them, im not gonna lie rockstar energy drinks are my shit! but after watching somthing on tv about them being EXTREAMLY BAD for your heart, I have decided to put them down, all these energy drinks and none are approved by the FDA but red bull, from this day on no more energy drinks, I wanna live, and have a healty heart,
its now time to drink some water!!!

Ron Artest to be traded to Rockets !!
The Houston Rockets are close to an agreement to acquire Ron Artest from the Sacramento Kings, two people familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press.
The Rockets will give up guard Bobby Jackson, who played for the Kings from 2000-05, and another player — likely rookie forward Donte Greene, according to two NBA people who confirmed the deal, but spoke on condition of anonymity because no official announcement had been made.
The Houston Chronicle first reported details of the trade on its Web site on Tuesday night.
